3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, prospective customers must:

  • Have reached the age of majority, typically 18 years
  • Submit accurate and complete details
  • Make the necessary deposit as indicated in your reservation confirmation
  • Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your reservation is contingent upon payment receipt and our written acknowledgment. We maintain the right to decline service at our own judgment.

3.3 Availability

Charters are provided depending on vessel availability and suitable climatic conditions. We endeavor to meet your requested dates and times to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All charter fees are outlined in € and include applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to amendments without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: A 50% portion of the complete charter fee is payable upon reservation
  • Final Payment: The remainder is due 48 hours before the departure of the charter
  • Incidental Fees (if any): To be settled following the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and bank-certified checks. Payment processing uses secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • If notifying more than 72 hours prior to departure: Complete refund minus transaction fees
  • If notifying within 24-72 hours prior to departure: Half refund
  • If notifying less than 24 hours prior to departure: No refund will be provided

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In events where weather conditions are considered unsafe by the captain, we will suggest:

  • Rescheduling to another available day with no additional fees
  • A complete refund if rescheduling is not feasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be technical problems with the assigned vessel, we will attempt to offer an equivalent replacement. If no replacement is available, a full refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All individuals on board are required to:

  • Adhere to all instructions by the crew
  • Utilize the safety equipment provided when necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect their safety
  • Stay within specific areas of the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items below are barred from the yacht:

  • Glassware
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Excessive non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
  • Pets (exceptions apply if previously agreed upon)

6.3 Conduct

Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Any conduct that jeopardizes safety or disturbs other passengers may result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

We are liable only up to the amount paid for the yacht service. We are not responsible for:

  • Injury due to passengers' negligence
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses
  • Delays due to weather or factors outside our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We maintain full marine insurance for our fleet and business activities. It is the responsibility of the passengers to secure their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our yacht services, you accept that maritime pursuits come with inherent risks and you willingly assume liability for your personal safety and wellbeing.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, paths, or schedules in response to weather, safety priorities, or operational requirements. Efforts will be made to offer suitable alternative experiences.

9. Force Majeure

We bear no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Extreme weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Governmental commands
  • Shutdowns of ports
  • Mechanical failures

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implies agreement to the collection and use of your data as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property
